These terms apply to purchases made through the Warrior Boats online gear store. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund you in full.

Pricing & availability

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing; if an error occurs, we'll contact you before processing the order.

Payment

We accept payment through Square (credit/debit cards) and PayPal (including Venmo). You represent that you're authorized to use the payment method provided.

Discounts & store credit

Discount codes and store credit are subject to their stated terms, may be limited to specific customers, and may expire. Store credit has no cash value and is non-transferable.

Shipping & returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy.

Intellectual property

The Warrior Boats name, logo, and site content are the property of Warrior Boats, Inc. and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warrior Boats, Inc. is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the store or products purchased, beyond the amount you paid for the order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
