Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Warrior Boats, Inc. collects through warriorboatsinc.com and how we use it. That covers the online store, your account, the contact form, our newsletter, the classifieds board, and the guide directory.

Information we collect

• Order information. Your name, email, shipping address, phone (optional), and the items you purchase.
• Account information. If you create an account: your email, any saved shipping details, and your order history. Accounts migrated from our old classifieds site keep the same email and password.
• Payment information. Card and wallet payments are processed securely by our payment providers (Square and PayPal). We do not see or store your full card number.
• Contact form messages. Your name, email, phone and ZIP (optional), and your message, including any boat build you send to a dealer.
• Newsletter signups. Your email address.
• Classifieds listings. If you post a listing: the boat details, photos, asking price, your location, and the contact info you choose to display. Listing contact info is shown publicly on the board so buyers can reach you. That is the point of a listing, so only include what you want shown.
• Guide directory applications. Your business name, contact info, home city and state, boat model, and the waters you guide. Approved listings are public. We convert your city and state to map coordinates using OpenStreetMap's geocoding service; your street address is never collected.
• Usage information. Basic technical data your browser sends, used to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

• To process and ship your orders and provide customer support.
• To send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and classifieds or guide-directory status emails.
• To respond to contact form messages and route build inquiries to a dealer near you.
• To send the newsletter you signed up for. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
• To maintain your account, listings, and store-credit balance.
• To improve and secure the site.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the site. We do not sell your personal information.

• Payments: Square and PayPal (Venmo runs through PayPal).
• Hosting and database: Vercel and Supabase.
• Email delivery: Resend, for order, classifieds, and directory emails.
• Marketing and lead management: our agency's CRM (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) receives newsletter signups and contact form leads so a real person can follow up.
• Shipping: USPS and stamps.com, to print labels and move your package.
• Maps: OpenStreetMap services, for dealer and guide map locations.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep your cart and account session working. We don't use them to track you across other websites.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we need them for warranty support, bookkeeping, and tax rules. Classifieds listings and their photos are removed from public view when they expire or sell. Account information stays until you ask us to delete your account.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your information, correct it, or ask us to delete your account and data by emailing info@warriorboatsllc.com. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter with the link in any issue. We'll respond as required by applicable law.
