Why Warrior
The shop, the team, the work.
Warrior is a family-sized crew in central Minnesota, not a corporate factory. Every boat that leaves our shop is touched by someone whose name the owner could probably learn if they stopped by.
We hire for pride in craft. Fiberglass lamination, rigging, upholstery, final assembly, engineering, and parts: all of it matters, and all of it gets done by people who sign their work.
We're always willing to talk with experienced marine builders, welders, detailers, and engineers. We also regularly take on apprentice roles from the Melrose area.

Roles we hire for
Fiberglass & Lamination
Experience with gel coat, resin, and Knytex fiberglass layup. This is the heart of what makes a Warrior hull last.
Rigging & Final Assembly
Wiring, plumbing, controls, electronics. Build-out of every boat from hull to water-ready.
Upholstery
Custom marine seating, panels, snap sets. Precision and durability in fabric and vinyl.
Engineering & Design
Mechanical and marine engineering support for 2026 and beyond product development.
Parts & Logistics
Inventory management, dealer shipments, trailer coordination. The work behind the work.
Apprentice & Seasonal
Local Melrose roles for folks who want to learn how fiberglass boats are really built. Starts on the shop floor.
