Warrior is a family-sized crew in central Minnesota, not a corporate factory. Every boat that leaves our shop is touched by someone whose name the owner could probably learn if they stopped by.

We hire for pride in craft. Every part of the build matters, and all of it gets done by people who sign their work.

We're always willing to talk with experienced marine builders, welders, and detailers. We also regularly take on apprentice roles from the Melrose area.
