The Warrior Family heads to Lake of the Woods every August for the Warrior Rally: four days of fishing, food, and the boats that brought everyone together. Owners, dealers, and the Warrior shop crew, all on the water at once. 2026 is the 14th Annual Warrior Rally, held with the 11th Annual David A. Andersen Memorial Walleye Shootout.
Wigwam Resort hosts. Everything below happens at The Tent there, except the Saturday morning boat check, which is at the Rainy River public launch.
Schedule
- Thursday, Aug 13. 7:00 pm, kick off. Meet and greet with Warrior staff and pro staff.
- Friday, Aug 14. Off the water by 4:00 pm, no exceptions. Mandatory check-in 3:00 to 5:30 pm, closing 5:30 sharp. Group photo in front of the resort at 5:45 pm, tournament shirts on. Rules meeting at 6:00 pm, one team member from each team must attend.
- Saturday, Aug 15. Boat check 5:00 to 6:45 am at the Rainy River public launch. National anthem at 7:00 am, boat parade down river, blast off at 7:15 am. Flights due back at 3:45 and 4:00 pm. Warrior test drives at the Wigwam docks 3:30 to 5:00 pm. Fish fry at 6:00 pm. Awards and the champion announced at 7:30 pm.
- Sunday, Aug 16. Nothing scheduled. A last morning to hang around before most of the fleet starts the drive home.
Please don't bring outside food or drink to the rules meeting or the awards. Wigwam Resort goes above and beyond putting on the fish fry, so patronize them while you're in the area.
